* Standard 10 hour day to allow parents the ability to commute to work without wrap-around care
* USDA-based meals provided by facility to all children to include: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, as necessary
* Non-traditional or off-hour care provided at the same rate at daytime care
* Education-based play and support for age appropriate skill-building
